Lou brings 3 decades of success to each client and organization he works with and is recognized as a master teacher, motivator and leader in the new home sales and real estate industry. He has managed, trained, consulted, coached, mentored and inspired outstanding individuals and organizations to Peak Performance. He has faithfully served on many committees on a local, state and national level. And is a Director with RAPB’s Board of Directors. He is active with Habitat for Humanity and other community based organizations.

Betsy Owen has always been dedicated to fulfilling the needs of those less fortunate in many areas on a local, state, national and international level. She is a member of Rotary International and was instrumental in encouraging a relationship between Realtors® and Rotarians, their “R and R Team”, was successful in collecting and distributing cases of books, over 150 computers and school supplies to all the orphans in New Providence and out islands. Habitat for Humanity is a passion of hers…always there to lend a hand from her home city and state to around the globe. This Realtor® and her husband were the first Americans to be sent to the tsunami-affected area of Thailand to aid those in need.

RMLS has been a Platinum Level Affiliate Business Partner for several years, and has sponsored and hosted RAPB’s Annual RPAC Golf Tournament, in addition to promoting all the programs and benefits that RAPB has to offer to you the member. They participate significantly when ever they can. They never say no and in most cases don’t even have to be asked. Patty Connor, accepted the award and gave kudos to Carol Bloom for her constant dedication to RAPB members.

Rising Star of the Year Award, was awarded to Patricia Carrico of One World Realty on Singer Island. The award acknowledges a newcomer to the Real Estate business in the last two years. Patricia is obviously very serious about her new profession. In her first year as a Realtor®, she earned her GRI, joined several committees, she’s been active with RPAC fundraising, WCR, and is a candidate for, or has pending designations in….ABR, CIPS, CRB and CRS. She also happens to be a licensed mortgage broker.

Andrew Barbar, was presented the Chairman’s award by RAPB’s 2006/07 Chairman of the Board Frank Gulisano. Chairman Gulisano, praised Andrew for his support, advise and dedication to him through his year as chairman of the Board at RAPB.
